Turibana to Santa Cruz 10k Race
Bright and early on the morning of September 9, runners lined up and set out on their 10k run from Turibana to Santa Cruz to see a beautiful sunrise during the race. Runners started out at the bakery Panaderia del Campo in Noord and finished at the Betico Croes Sports Complex in Santa Cruz. Congratulations to all the participants for another successful event! |

Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival
This two-day event has become one of the more popular music festivals on the island. On September 21-22, jazz lovers enjoyed performances by Jorge Celedón, Sister Sledge and Kathy Sledge, The Yellowjackets, Di-Rect, Anacaona, Di Mongo, Eric Essix, the Habana Vieja All Stars, the Rincon Boyz, Cosy Cotton Band, Delbert Bernabela, the Robert Pablo Trio, Oruba, and Oscar Kraal. Aruba Art Fair, October 5-7
Finally, coming up in early October is the Aruba Art Fair. Both international and local artists present all kinds of fascinating, visually striking modern art during this three-day event in the San Nicholas sunrise arts district.
