The space

The house is located in an upscale area of Aruba, yet very close to the beaches and many great restaurants and malls just a 5-minute drive. Driving distance from the airport would be about 15 minutes out.

The house is completely gated with a nice garden and a spacious living area. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both equipped with hot water shower, a spacious kitchen, and a 4-seat dining area. The living area has a pull-out couch and adjacent to the living area there is a large covered patio dining area, where you can sit in the cool of the AC, and ceiling fans or open all shutters and have a wide open space to enjoy the island breeze. This open-concept floor plan makes great use of all available space. There also is an apartment in the back of the house available for two additional adults also with a hot water shower.

Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal, sitting down to a holiday feast, or entertaining in the living room or pool area, you're never out of the conversation!

This is a fan favorite for morning coffee, family reunions, wedding anniversaries, birthday celebrations, and even a yoga class. You help yourself!
