This Lovely home is situated in a popular residential area at the Noord side of the island called Boroncana.

This part of the island is very close to the high-rise hotel area where you will find all the renowned hotels Restaurants, shopping malls and the best beaches of Aruba that everyone wants to visit. This cozy fully air-conditioned and fully fenced home consists of a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom with a living dining area and a well distributed kitchen place with accesses to the covered back yard one of my favorite places of the house since it is organized with a mini bar close to the BBQ grill area and a good-looking family pool ideal for family or friends' reunion or just as a relaxing place.
