I used RE/MAX Aruba to sell my house and used agent Adrian Ian Phillip as my preferred real estate agent. He was very confident in the listing for sale , even it took a while and after how many viewings, he was always 15 minutes early on viewings and would inform me what kind of buyers that we expect. When the viewing was done he was always staying to talk it over how it went and what he thought about it. When the house was sold, we still had contact together and he helped me out with some other issues. I would recommend Adrian Ian Phillip anytime for his professionalism and enthusiast in buying or selling property for anyone needing real estate information.
