When you are looking for such a place on the market of Aruba, it could be that your house is not for sale in the short time you are present on the island (if you are not a local) and your search really takes some time (like in our case, we did not want to make the same mistake again). I am a recently retired attorney from New York City. I have been looking at possible vacation homes to escape the New York winters and became interested in Aruba after reading a very favorable article about the market there in the NYTimes in early 2022.
